Good luck with getting any service from them. I tried for a month to get setup as a new customer and finally had to contact another supplier. I have yet to get a call back from them. I would have been fine if they had told me they didn't except new customers, but instead I feel they lead me on for over a month and never delivered and I'm not sure why. It's a good thing that this wasn't my primary heat source as I would be out of luck depending on them. Low price doesn't help if Good luck with getting any service from them.
