In 1986, my wife Anita and I founded a local heating oil business, located in West Gorham. We felt in order to be successful, we needed to provide the kind of service we would want ourselves. We were committed to providing that quality of service and ran a successful business for over 10 years. We sold our business in 1998 to a Vermont businessman. We devoted our time to raising our daughters and continued to serve our community in other capacities.
