Highlands was a small seasonal business serving local Trailer Parks until the fall of 1992 when we expanded to serve Residential (home heating) propane as well. Each year, the demand for propane as an alternative heating fuel continued to grow and so did Highlands. With the help of family and staff, Highlands Propane has grown to be the only Independently-owned propane facility in the City of Kawartha Lakes.
