WTG has non-utility operations including refined products and propane distribution, and retail gasoline/convenience store outlets currently operated under WTG Fuels, Inc. (“WTGF”). Established in 1976, WTGF provides bulk gasoline, diesel and propane and owns a majority interest in franchise rights under the name “GasCard,” an electronic retail fuel transaction processor and management program. The Company owns and operates convenience stores under the name of “Uncle's” Convenience Stores with a total of 22 stores operating in West Texas.
