Heating oil prices have been falling for over 14 days. Is the trend about to get reversed?

Over the past 14 days since around April 13th the Heating oil prices have fallen from around $1.1 per gallon to $0.70, and the trend is still downward, but the last couple of days show a slight reversal. Price fluctuations are a normal event but keeping an eye on the trend is still useful when planning heating oil purchases.
Most homes use Heating Oil #2 while the chart shows HO #1 but the prices for these two products follow each other in pricing trends. Moreover, the price has fallen from 1.7 since February.

The clearest trend exists on the 14 day timeframe, which shows price moving down over that time. For additional context, note that price has gone down 22 out of the past 30 days.
The end of a 7 day negative run has come for Heating Oil, which finished the day prior up 1.5% ($0.0105). Relative to other instruments in the energy commodity asset class, Heating Oil ranked 3rd since the day prior in terms of percentage price change.
